We undertake a rigorous quality check of every product before the shipment. The order is shipped directly from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after the confirmation of order. Shipment from Sellers to Buyers also follow the same timeline, normally.

We promise to deliver your product normally within 7-14 business days, depending upon your location.Our products are sourced from different locations across India to meet your shopping requirements.

We deliver the items to almost all locations pan-India but at present we do not deliver to any overseas locations.

The items that are offered a free shipment will be notified in the Product List of the Website. All other products will have shipping charges depending on the nature of the product and the distance to destination.

You can track and trace your consignment in our Website using the Tracking ID for your order provided by our Logistic Partner. Keralaspecial shall email you the tracking number after the order is dispatched. The Buyer can also see the tracking number in your ‘order history’ panel in your account when you login.

While searching the courier status, the following terms may be interpreted as:

In Transit: The consignment is on route to the destination

Delivered: The consignment is delivered.

Returned to Origin: Delivery had been attempted, however due to reasons mentioned below, the consignment is returned back to the Hornbillshoppe. (Consignee Refuse to accept/Consignee not available at destination point/Payment not Ready/Address or Contact number irrelevant/insufficient)

Hornbillshoppe’s policy is to ship and deliver to the Buyerthe items as fast and safe as possible. However, certain issues can arise in the delivery chain until your parcel is delivered. Hornbillshoppe promises to examine the causes expeditiously and resolve the problem in a timely manner. Delivery of parcels would be done address specific, not person specific.

Octroi, the local tax collected by the state government or the local body on articles brought into a town or city for local use, is levied in few locations in India. Any product due for delivery in a location that falls under the octroi zone will attract such octroi charges.
