Yes of course, Kudampuli aids weight loss. The fruit is sun dried and then smoked until it becomes dark brown or black in color. It is then used to prepare a drink, which is claimed to burn fat. To make the drink, the rind is first washed and then soaked in water for about 10 or 15 minutes. Then the soaked kudampuli is transferred to a stainless steel or clay pan with water in it. Cook this for some time, until the water comes to a boil. Allow it to cool down and filter the drink into a jar. Consuming this drink 30 minutes before each meal, will help you lose weight faster.
