Please follow the following steps to place your order.
Search via the product categories that you can find at the top of the page and refine your search with the options you can find on the left hand menu. You can see more information and have a closer look on any product by simply clicking on the image of the product. On each product page you will find information about Keralaspecial offers, size and colour variations, stock availability for delivery, product description, product delivery details, etc. You may also find some other related products displayed on the bottom that you would like to know. Also look out for matching or complementary items that may be available.
Upon deciding to buy an item, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can continue shopping across our store with brands you know and love or other categories of items on display.
The price of all items you have selected for purchase will be displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. You can view the contents of your shopping Cart at any time by clicking ‘VIEW CART’ or you can proceed to ‘CHECKOUT’ if you have added all your products.
Once you have finished selecting your items and when you are ready to purchase your items, click the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button on the Tab on the right hand side. Now you will be taken to a new window where you have to enter your personal details including name, shipping address, email ID, phone/mobile number, etc. Furnish all details asked for to ensure speedy and effective delivery of the consignment. You will also find on the right hand side ‘YOUR ORDER’, which lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost and special offers, if any. At this point, if you so desire, you can make and update any changes to your order before clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’.
Now, enter your billing and delivery details, select your method of payment (choose a payment option from Net banking, Debit/Credit card or COD), enter the details and then click on ‘Next’ to pay.
Once the payment is confirmed or a confirmed order on Cash on Delivery mode is placed, an email message confirming that we have received your order will be sent to you. Another message including your parcel tracking details will be sent when your order has been despatched from our Fulfilment Centre.
You will also be updated at these two stages of your order by SMS on registered mobile number. ????
