How do I register on keralaspecial.in?

If you are a new customer, simply move the cursor to LOGIN/REGISTER and click on ‘Sign up’ button on the drop-down menu. Follow the prompts to create an account. Alternatively, new customers can also ‘Checkout as a Guest.’

You may prefer to register yourself with keralaspecial as a regular user by creating an account. It is a quick and easy process and allows you to remember your password, as you will need it to keep track of the progress of your orders and to shop with us again comfortably. You can register with keralaspecial by providing the required basic details. Creating an account is also good for you to take advantage of all the services offered by us such as being the first in the know for any special offers, making a wish list of products you love and making future transactions smooth and seamless.

The previously registered users can straight away login with us by entering email ID and password.

What does shopping cart mean?

Shopping cart is a virtual basket where you can accumulate all your products and pay the grand total at the time of check out just like you do in your nearest shopping mall.

What is checkout?

Check out is the last step of your shopping process. At this point you are required to make your payment.

Are my personal details secure?

We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology, which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Our site does not store your personal credit/debit card information.

Why has my credit card been declined?

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your credit card refuses to or for some reason does not authorize payment to keralaspecial then you will be notified of this during the checkout process. For further details of declined payments, please contact your card issuer.

How do I place an order on keralaspecial.in?

Shopping online at keralaspecial.in is easy! You can shop a range of items here by just following these simple steps.

Search via the product categories that you can find at the top of the page and refine your search with the options you can find on the left hand menu. You can see more information and have a closer look on any product by simply clicking on the image. On each product page you will find information about keralaspecial offers, size and colour variations, stock availability for delivery, product description, product delivery details, etc. You may also find some other related products displayed on the bottom that you would like to know. Also look out for matching or complementary items that may be available.

Upon deciding to buy an item, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. You can continue shopping across our store with brands you know and love or other categories of items on display.

The price of all items you have selected for purchase will be displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. You can view the contents of your shopping Cart at any time by clicking ‘VIEWCART’ or you can proceed to ‘CHECKOUT’ if you have added all your products.

Once you have finished selecting your items and when you are ready to purchase your items, click the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button on the Tab on the right hand side. Now you will be taken to a new window where you have to enter your personal details including name, shipping address, email ID, phone/mobile number, etc. Furnish all details asked for to ensure speedy and effective delivery of the consignment. You will also find on the right hand side ‘YOUR ORDER’, which lists all of the items you have chosen to purchase, as well as the subtotal of the cost and special offers, if any.At this point, if you so desire, you can make and update any changes to your order before clicking ‘PLACE ORDER’.

Now, enter your billing and delivery details, select your method of payment, enter the details and then click on ‘Next’ to pay.

Once the payment is confirmed or a confirmed order on Cash on Delivery mode is placed, an email message confirming that we have received your order will be sent to you. Another message including your parcel tracking details will be sent when your order has been dispatched from our Fulfillment Centre.

Do you deliver products outside India?

No. At this point in time we do not deliver our products overseas.
